Everything you need to know before ordering from Lucky Strangr.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Lucky Strangr is an independent Australian label offering original graphic pieces alongside a handpicked collection of Western-inspired clothing, boots and accessories.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Our products are prepared and dispatched from different fulfilment locations. Depending on the item and your delivery address, your order may ship from outside Australia.
The relevant processing and delivery information is included on each product page.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Some Lucky Strangr pieces are produced especially for you and require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Processing times for other products can vary.
Shipping time begins after your order has been prepared and depends on the product, fulfilment location and delivery destination.

WILL MY WHOLE ORDER ARRIVE TOGETHER?
Not always.
If you order different products, they may be dispatched from separate fulfilment locations. This means your order may arrive in more than one package or on different days.
You won’t be charged additional shipping after checkout if your order needs to be split into separate deliveries.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking information can take a little time to update after your parcel has been dispatched.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to the destinations available at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Sizing can vary between products, so please check the measurements provided for the specific item you’re purchasing.
Visit our Size Guide and compare the measurements with a similar piece of clothing you already own and like the fit of.
For selected products, the label inside the garment may display the manufacturer’s original sizing. Always choose using the Lucky Strangr size and measurements shown on our website.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
We generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, selecting the wrong size or ordering the wrong colour.
Please review the product description, measurements and size guide carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, materially different from its description or isn’t the product you ordered, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Orders can begin production or processing soon after they’re placed. We’ll try to help, but changes and cancellations can’t be guaranteed once this has begun.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Send us a message through our Contact page as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the item and issue
Please don’t return anything before contacting us. We’ll review the problem and explain what happens next.
WHY MIGHT MY ITEM LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM A WEBSITE IMAGE?
Our campaign and lifestyle images are styled to capture the Lucky Strangr aesthetic. Please refer to the clean product images, colour options and product description for the item’s specific design and features.
Colours can appear slightly different between screens, and minor variations can occur during physical production and printing.
If your item is materially different from its description or appears faulty, incorrect or misprinted, please contact us.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY LUCKY STRANGR CLOTHING?
Treat her nicely.
Always follow the care information provided in the product description or with your garment.
As a general rule, wash printed clothing inside out on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid bleach and don’t iron directly over the printed design.
