This website is operated by Lucky Strangr. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Lucky Strangr”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lucky Strangr.

These Terms apply when you visit luckystrangr.com, use our website or purchase a product from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

ELIGIBILITY

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.

You must not use our website or products for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Lucky Strangr offers original graphic products alongside a handpicked collection of clothing, footwear, accessories and cameras.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colours, materials and images accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. Minor variations may also occur during manufacturing and printing.

Campaign and lifestyle images are styled to communicate the Lucky Strangr aesthetic. Customers should also review the clean product images, selected options, measurements and written product description before purchasing.

Product measurements may vary slightly where stated. Sizing can differ between products, so you should check the relevant Size Guide rather than relying only on your usual size.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products, colours and sizes are subject to availability. We may change, discontinue or limit products and variants without notice.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable item.

ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products using the information and payment details provided.

You are responsible for checking your order, including the product, colour, size, quantity, delivery address and contact information, before completing checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed. We may cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including when:

A product is unavailable
A material pricing or listing error has occurred
Payment cannot be processed or verified
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
We cannot deliver the order to the supplied address

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian storefront are in Australian dollars.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the products ordered and delivery location. You will have an opportunity to review the available shipping charge before completing payment.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not controlled by Lucky Strangr and are not included in the amount paid to us unless expressly stated.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change over time.

Where Afterpay or another third-party payment service is selected, that provider’s separate terms, eligibility requirements and privacy practices also apply.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILMENT

Some original Lucky Strangr graphic products are printed after an order is placed. Other products are prepared and dispatched from one of our fulfilment locations.

Processing times vary by product. Printed products generally require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Any delivery estimate begins after the relevant production or processing period.

Products within the same order may be prepared in different locations and may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times vary according to the product, fulfilment location, destination, carrier and customs requirements.

Delivery timeframes displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, busy periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the relevant parcel has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production, processing or dispatch has begun.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, selecting the wrong size or ordering the wrong colour. This does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, materially different from its description or is not the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.

Please do not return a product without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide the appropriate instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter production or processing shortly after being placed. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production or processing has begun.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers, discount codes and sales may be subject to additional conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
Only one discount code may be used per order
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed

We will not cancel or alter an accepted order solely to avoid honouring a valid promotion.

WEBSITE ACCURACY

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and current. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions concerning descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping or other details.

Where an obvious error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information or receive a refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Lucky Strangr name, branding, original graphics, written content, website layout and other materials created or licensed for our use are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view our website and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our designs, images or written content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment or other content directly to Lucky Strangr, you confirm that:

The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience
You own the content or have permission to submit it
It does not infringe another person’s rights
It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or malicious

You grant Lucky Strangr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that submitted content for operating and promoting our business. We will not claim ownership of your original content.

We may decline or remove content that breaches these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment services, delivery carriers and social-media platforms.

We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms.

This does not limit any responsibility Lucky Strangr has as the seller under applicable consumer law.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
Introduce malicious code or harmful technology
Collect information about other users without authorisation
Impersonate another person
Use our content or products in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights
Submit false, misleading or malicious reviews

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical error.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Strangr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website interruption, unauthorised misuse of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that relevant information may be provided to Shopify, payment processors, production providers, fulfilment services and delivery carriers where reasonably necessary to process and deliver your order.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our website, business practices or legal obligations change.

The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
